Wondering how to get your hands on a Paga Prepaid Card?
It’s simple! You can request for your card easily through the Paga App, available for download on the Google Play Store or App Store, or visit our website at www.paga.com/card.
Request your Paga Prepaid Card by following these simple steps:
- Sign up with your phone number, email address, and tell us where you live. We’ll also ask you to verify your phone number and provide a selfie to confirm your identity.
- We will require your National Identification Number (NIN) and Bank Verification Number (BVN) to upgrade your KYC Status.
- On the Home page click on “Card” and select your Card Design option.
- Tell us where to send your Paga card or pick up a card at any of our agent locations.
Now that you have your card, how do you activate it?
- Select the Card option on your main app screen or menu.
- Click on “Activate Card” and enter the 10-digit serial number printed at the back of your card (example: 0012345678).
- Enter the last four digits of your card (printed on the back of your card).
That’s it. Your card will be activated and ready for use.
