Paga Promos T&C

By participating in this promotion, the participant/Paga’s customer (“Participant” or “Customer”) agrees to abide by these terms and conditions and any amended version of it. Paga reserves the right to amend these terms at any time during the Promotion Period and shall communicate the same to the Customer via any of the communication media stated under “Communication”. 

• PROMOTION PERIOD:
  • This offer is valid from 1st November 2025 to 31st January 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

• ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
  • This promotion is exclusively available to Pagatech Limited (“Paga”) customers resident in Nigeria.
  • Only one (1) entry per person is permitted per day. 
  • This offer is only available to Customers who use the Paga App.

• PRIZE
  Winners may be eligible for prizes such as electricity units, hampers, vouchers, discounts or cashbacks as determined by Paga at its discretion.

• CASHBACK/PRIZE REDEMPTION:
  • Participants who qualify under the Cashback Allocation outlined below shall receive Cashback/Prizes in their Paga wallet upon any win.
  • Cashback amounts credited to a participant’s Paga wallet can be used for any transactions.
  • The prizes won are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
  • For gift prizes, the winner must claim the prize within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of the official winners’ announcement (the “Assigned Redemption Time”). If a gift prize is not claimed within the Assigned Redemption Time, it shall be deemed forfeited by the winner, and a new prize winner will be identified and awarded.
  • Paga reserves the right to request valid identification or verification of account ownership before the release of any prize. 
  • There will be no daily repeat winners, and the prize is available on a “first-come, first-served” basis while the promo is on.

• CASHBACK ALLOCATION:

A winner may receive a Cashback Allocation by participating in any of the below-listed activities, and the manner of calculating and releasing such cashback shall be as contained below: 

• Airtime Promo:
  • Purchase a minimum of airtime of N2,000 worth of data through the Paga App in the first week of each month and stand a chance to get up to 100% Cashback on airtime and data! 
  • Twenty (20) lucky winners will receive 100% Cashback on the value of their airtime or data purchase from Paga within twenty-four (24) working hours after the draw is held.
  • Winners shall be selected through a random electronic draw conducted by Paga. 
  • Cashback will be calculated based on the total top-up amount.
  • Paga reserves the right to verify all transactions and to withhold or revoke any cashback reward in cases of fraud, error, or misuse.  

• Physical Card:
  • Users on KYC Level 2 who request for their Paga Card stand a chance to win a special gift, to be delivered along with the card.  

• Betting:
  • Paga customers who perform betting transactions worth N2,000 or more during the Promotion Period shall stand a chance to win a maximum of N5,000 cashback reward through a monthly lucky draw.
  • Ten (10) winners shall be selected through a random electronic draw conducted monthly. 
  • A total of thirty (30) winners will be selected during the Promotion Period. 
  • Each Customer can only win once during the Promotion Period.

• Electricity:
  • Customers who purchase a minimum of ₦10,000 worth of electricity units on the Paga App per electricity purchase/on a single transaction, within the Promotion Period, will stand a chance to win N5,000 worth of extra electricity units.  
  • Winners would be sent an electricity unit worth N5,000.
  • Each week within the Promotion Period, five (5) Customers shall be selected to receive a reward, resulting in a total of sixty (60) Customers being rewarded during the entire Promotion Period.
  • This promotion is open to all Customers who use the Paga App to buy electricity units during the Promotion Period.
  • Five (5) winners will be selected through a weekly draw, totalling sixty (60) winners over the Promotion Period.
  • Each Customer can only win once during the Promotion Period. Winning Customers will be ineligible for subsequent weekly draws during the Promotion Period.

• PAY TV:
  • Customers who pay N4,900 or more for DSTV, GOTV, or StarTimes subscriptions via Paga’s App stand a chance to win a N2,000 cashback reward during the Promotion Period.
  • This promotion is open to all Paga Customers who use the Paga App to pay for their TV subscriptions during the Promotion Period.
  • Four (4) winners will be selected through a lucky draw every month.
  • The Cashback reward will be credited directly to the winners’ Paga wallets.
  • A Customer can win only once during the Promotion Period.

• Solar:
  • Customers who make transactions of N150,000 and above for Solar via the Paga App stand a chance to win hampers worth N20,000, N50,000 or N70,000 during the Promotion Period. 
  • The value of the hamper for each winner shall be structured as follows: 

• 10 Standard Agents who transact with N150,000 or more may win a N20,000 hamper per month).
• 3 Silver Agents who transact with N600,000 or more may win a N50,000 hamper per month.
• 2 Gold Agents who transact with N2,000,000 or more may win a N70,000 hamper per month.

• The above Fifteen (15) winners will be selected through a monthly random electronic draw conducted by Paga. 
• This promotion is open to all Customers who use the Paga App to pay for their Solar products or services during the Promotion Period.
• A Customer can only win once during the Promotion Period. 
• The hamper reward may be delivered to the Customer’s preferred address within Lagos State or be picked up by the Customer at Paga’s address to be communicated to the Customer. Pick up or delivery shall be at the cost of the Customer.

• GENERAL CONDITIONS:
  • Paga reserves the right to terminate this promotion, vary, delete, or add to any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • Where there is a discrepancy of any data in connection with the Ember Campaign, the Customer and Paga agree that Paga’s record will be final.
  • Paga’s decision on eligibility and selection of winners will be final, Paga shall have no obligation to respond to any correspondence arising from the Ember Campaign promotion.
  • Paga reserves the right to take back any prize given to an invalid account or an account which has violated these terms and conditions or any applicable law.
  • Paga shall conduct the electronic draws on each of the Cashback Allocation Promo Activities on any day of the week, or month it decides, at its sole discretion, and shall communicate the said date to its Customers through the Paga App or any Communication media stated in this Terms and Conditions. 

• EXCLUSIONS:
  • The promotion does not apply to Customers using payment methods other than Paga’s payment methods or Customers resident outside Nigeria.

• COMMUNICATION:
  • Participants will receive email notifications or push alerts regarding the Cashback credited to their Paga wallet.
  • Where Paga amends any portion of these Terms and Conditions, it shall communicate the same to its Customers via email notifications. 
  • Paga may use a Participant’s details for promotional communications related to this and future promotions.
  • The use of a Participant’s data for all future promotions shall be done in compliance with the Section 34 of the Nigerian Data Privacy Act 2023, which gives a data subject the right to obtain confirmation of whether their personal data is being processed and to access such data, from a data controller, without constraint or unreasonable delay.
  • A Participant who does not wish to receive promotional communications in the future may choose to unsubscribe from Paga’s promotional emails by clicking the “Unsubscribe” option available on their email platform. 

• DISPUTES:
  • Where a dispute arises out of these Terms and Conditions in connection with the Ember Promo, Paga and its Customer shall attempt to resolve the dispute by negotiation.
  • If Paga and its Customer are unable to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days from the date of notification of the dispute, either Party may refer the dispute to a competent court, sitting in Lagos, Nigeria.
